Timing certificates will not be issued for this category.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Participation in the Champions with Disability (CWD) is open for individuals with the following disabilities:&nbsp;physical/locomotor disability, intellectual impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment and orthopedic or neurological disorder.&nbsp;</li><li>We recommend participants of the Champions with Disability be accompanied by his/her Buddy (attendant)/Buddies (attendants) on race day. The buddy must be 18 years (born on or before 19.12.2008). Applicant and Buddy are required to register online together. Applicants can register for up to 2 buddies while registering online. Click <a href="https://tatasteelworld25k.procam.in/race-categories/champions-with-disability/role-of-a-buddy">here</a> to understand the role of a Buddy before and on race day.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Participation confirmation shall be subject to –<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>All CWD participants must be born on or before 19.12.2014: Buddies accompanying CWD participants must be of minimum 18 years as on 19.12.2008</li><li><a href="https://tatasteelworld25k.procam.in/race-categories/champions-with-disability/entry-rules-and-regulations">Entry rules and regulations</a>&nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>&nbsp;In order to collect the running number bib from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Steel World 25K (TSW25K) 2026 Expo from Thursday, 17th December to Saturday, 19th December 2026, participants will need to choose their bib collection time slots. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed participants residing in Kolkata are requested to choose their bib collection time slots on 17th &amp; 18th December, allowing time slots available on 19th December for outstation participants to collect their running number bib.&nbsp;</li><li>All finishers of the Champions with Disability race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (the finisher medal will not be posted to individual runners). How to Apply

GROUP REGISTRATIONS: DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION<ul><li>Group registrations are accepted for the Senior Citizens run, Senior citizens run, and Champions with disability run race categories.</li><li>Groups are requested to initiate their group registration request and payments before 30th October 2026 or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier.to ensure receipt by the end date of each race category.&nbsp;</li><li>Registration requests will not be accepted for any race category that has reached its maximum capacity and for which registrations have already closed.&nbsp;</li><li>After purchasing the registration code, registrants are required to complete their registration online&nbsp;<a href=" https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=tsk25k26&amp;eventYear=2026">here&nbsp;</a>within 7 days of code issuance. Registration codes not used within this timeframe will be&nbsp;automatically deactivated.</li><li>Important: Entries will close as soon as the event reaches capacity. Participants are strongly encouraged to register early because slots are limited.</li><li>Any amount corresponding to unused registration codes will be refunded after deducting a 4% processing fee from the total refundable amount. All eligible refunds will be processed by&nbsp;28th February 2027. &nbsp;</li></ul>Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the on-ground Champions With Disability Run participative category.<ol style="list-style-type:upper-latin;"><li>Online Group Registration Process, where the group/corporation is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees.<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Point of contact of the group/ corporate (SPOC) to email the request at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a>&nbsp;with the number of registrations required, mentioning the group name and race categories.</li><li>Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the SPOC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.</li><li>On making an online payment, SPOC is to share the online payment receipt on email:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a>&nbsp; with group/corporate details to receive online group registration codes. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a>. The deadline to request registration codes and make the payment is</li><li>Upon receiving the payment confirmation email, a receipt voucher for registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the SPOC’s email address.&nbsp;</li><li>The Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata registration team will email SPOC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.&nbsp;Registration codes will be valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Registration codes not used within 7 days will be automatically deactivated. All registrants are to register <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=tsk25k26&amp;eventYear=2026">here</a>&nbsp;using the registration codes issued by PIPL.&nbsp;</li><li>The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of 4% from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by&nbsp;28th February 2027.&nbsp;For example, if the total amount against unused codes is INR 10000, the total refundable amount will be INR 9600.&nbsp;</li><li>By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground Champions With Disability Run category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of a donation to an NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.</li><li>Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online&nbsp;<a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=tsk25k26&amp;eventYear=2026">here</a> using codes within 7 days of code issuance. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.</li><li>Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026 edition and within 7 days of code issuance.</li><li>Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their SPOC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running bib number from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata (TSW25K) 2027 Expo separately.&nbsp;No provision for refunding the individual payment or adding such participants to the group will be entertained.</li></ol></li><li>Online Group Registration Process, where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees:<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Point of contact of the group/ corporate (SPOC) email the request at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:corporateregistration@procam.in">corporateregistration@procam.in</a> with the number of registrations required in the Champions With Disability Run race category, mentioning the group name.</li><li>The Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026 registration team will email SPOC the common group registration code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.&nbsp;</li><li>All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=tsk25k26&amp;eventYear=2026">here</a> using the common group registration code issued by PIPL within 7 days of code issuance and pay the applicable entry fee while registering.</li><li>Purchasing the common group registration code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online <a href="https://registrations.procam.in/portal/#/login?eventName=tsk25k26&amp;eventYear=2026">here</a> using the registration code within 7 days of code issuance, for the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026 edition. Group Application

GeneralParticipants in the participative category of Champions With Disability (CWD) at the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata require buddies to enhance their performance in a secure, safe, clean and fun manner. To ensure that the buddies contribute in an optimum and capable way, there is a requirement of collating guidelines which would provide parameters to their approach to their essential tasks.AimThe Aim of this document is to lay down Standing Operating Procedures for Buddies of participants in the CWD category in the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata.Definition of BuddyA Buddy is a “good friend” or “comrade” or “assistant” who establishes a personal connection with the participant to ensure that he/ she enjoys the event safely and securely, thereby enhancing the experience.Types of BuddiesBuddies can fall into any one of the following categories: -<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Parent (any immediate relative)</li><li>Guardian.</li><li>Trainer/ Developer.</li><li>Caregiver from his/ her Parent Organization.</li><li>Volunteers.</li></ol>Ratio-Buddy: CWD Participant(s)One Buddy per CWD participant is the ideal combination. For CWDs who are not mobile or who have multiple disabilities, ratio will always be one Buddy to one Participant. However, the number of participants per buddy can be increased to two/three in case the disabilities are singular and manageable, and the persons are mobile. In any case, no buddy should register and be responsible for more than three CWD participants.&nbsp;Responsibility of the NGO&nbsp;Each NGO whose beneficiaries are participating in the CWD category must ensure that –<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>The Buddies who are registering to accompany participants are suitable, able-bodied and capable to fulfil race day responsibilities,</li><li>All Buddies are informed of their responsibilities and have understood and agreed to undertake the same,</li><li>At least one core member of each NGO also registers as a Buddy at the event. This core member will be responsible to ensure that all Buddies are fulfilling their roles diligently.&nbsp;</li></ol>Roles and Responsibilities of BuddiesThe role of the Buddy is to provide all support and care to the nominated participant(s) so that the CWD(s) are thoroughly involved in enjoying every second of race day in a safe, secure and pleasant manner.&nbsp;The specific responsibilities of Buddies are given in the succeeding paragraphs.Pre- Race Start<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Get to know the CWD.</li><li>Become totally enmeshed in the CWD’s aspirations and desires.</li><li>Ensure CWD is fully aware of all aspects of the run laid down and communicated by event promoter, “Procam International”.</li><li>Link up and travel with CWD to the designated area within the event venue.</li><li>Ensure that the CWD is properly kitted and prepared for the run.</li><li>Ensure that a duly allotted bib is secured on the CWD participant and that all necessary details are written behind the bib in case of any emergency.</li><li>Ensure that water/ juices, snacks, particular medicines and any other important items are available with CWD/Buddy.</li><li>Establish communication/ contact and ensure that emergency procedures are understood by CWD and that the ICE (In Case of Emergency) numbers are available with the CWD.&nbsp;</li></ol>During the Start<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Always be near the CWD participant at all times, whether at the holding area or on the CWD route.&nbsp;Never leave your CWD participant’s side from the time of leaving from home for the event venue, till such time the CWD participant reaches his/her home/required destination.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that the CWD participant is accompanied to any place where he / she would be alone, like the toilet, watering point, tea/ coffee point and so on.&nbsp;</li><li>Be aware of the periodical requirements of the CWD participant and be prepared to cater for the same patiently.</li><li>Keep all belongings of the CWD participant secure and safe.</li><li>Ensure the use of an appropriate facemask for the participant and yourself at all times.</li></ol>&nbsp;During the Run&nbsp;<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Accompany your CWD participant(s) at all times. Be in visual and touch contact.</li><li>Ensure that&nbsp; the&nbsp; participant is appropriately geared for the event.</li><li>Ensure that the&nbsp; participant does not come in contact with unsavoury and unwanted persons or elements, does not waver from the route, unless due to any emergency.</li><li>Ensure hydration.</li><li>Take all steps to ensure high visibility and participation but within the ambit of safety and security.&nbsp;</li><li>Be aware of the special requirements of the CWD participant and be prepared for unforeseen circumstances.</li><li>Buddy in charge should remain in contact with the support system of ______ and Procam.&nbsp;</li><li>Be aware of the capacity and capability of your participant so that over exertion and wash out does not occur. Where the participant does not want to continue the run, ensure that the participant is escorted back to the holding area and he/she is within your eye contact at all times.</li><li>Be calm, cool and collected – and always prepared with a smile.</li><li>The buddy must participate and encourage active participation from the CWD participant.</li></ol>After the Run<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Ensure participation in the thrill and achievement of having completed an adventure.</li><li>Do take as many photographs inside the CWD tent for&nbsp; memories which can be cherished in the future .</li><li>Ensure that the&nbsp; participant visits the toilet and bathroom in a regulated and disciplined manner, with over watch always in place.</li><li>Ensure that the&nbsp; participant gets requisite hydration and nutrition.</li><li>Check that the&nbsp; participant is in proper health and in a calm state.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that all belongings of your participant are safe and taken care off.</li><li>Ensure safe journey back to CWD participant’s home/required destination.</li><li>Ensure that the participant is handed over to his/her guardian/authorized person at home.&nbsp;</li></ol>&nbsp;ConclusionThese instructions can be supplemented and complemented by rules and regulations of the participating groups as per their special requirements.It is essential that there is adequate interaction between buddies and participants. While foregoing instructions are comprehensive, there is a requirement of a bonding to take place so that complete faith and trust is there in one another.Aim should be “Enjoy while ensuring Safety and Security.

Role of a Buddy

Accepted IDs include Aadhaar, PAN, passport, and driving license.&nbsp; Note:</li><li>Self-Identity Verification:&nbsp;To ensure that accurate participant information is captured while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security, a Self-Identity verification process has been introduced via Aadhaar card.</li><li>Indian Nationals: You can verify key details such as your&nbsp;full name, date of birth, gender, and nationality through your Aadhaar card. Verification is completed via the official Aadhaar app. To proceed:<ol><li>Download and install the official Aadhaar app on your mobile device.</li><li>Log in to your Aadhaar profile within the app.</li><li>During the verification process, scan the QR code displayed on the registration screen using the Aadhaar app.</li><li>Complete the verification successfully to validate your details.&nbsp; Alternatively, you can upload your PAN/passport/Driving license copy for ID verification.</li></ol></li><li>Overseas Participants: You are required to upload a copy of your&nbsp;passport to verify your identity and personal details. This verification process helps ensure the authenticity of participant information while safeguarding personal data.&nbsp;</li><li>Your middle name is collected solely for ID verification purposes. It will not appear on your race bib, confirmation emails, or any other official event materials, nor will it be considered in event classifications or recognitions.</li><li>If there is any discrepancy in the mandatory requirements listed above, your application will not be confirmed.</li></ol></li><li>Once you submit your online application successfully, you cannot edit your online profile yourself. After purchasing the package, participants will receive a unique registration code that allows them to apply for an eligible race category.&nbsp; To be considered for race entry, participants must complete the official event registration process, pay the applicable race registration fee, and satisfy all confirmation and eligibility requirements, including the submission of a valid timing certificate where applicable.&nbsp; Buying a SportyTrip Concierge Package, receiving a registration code, or completing registration does not guarantee race entry. Participation in the event will be confirmed only after all requirements are verified and in accordance with the event's rules, guidelines, and confirmation criteria are met.</li><li>Baggage facility<ol><li>Participants who opt for the baggage facility (available only to 25K, and Open 10K participants) while registration/post-registration must collect the official baggage tag issued by Procam International Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL) at the Expo, attach it to their bag on the race day, and submit the corresponding claim stub at the time on baggage collection. Bags without a valid official tag will not be accepted on race day.&nbsp;</li><li>A refundable security deposit of INR 500 per baggage tag will be charged at the time of registration and refunded within 15 working days after race day. Do not deposit valuables, cash, jewellery, electronic devices, passports, fragile items, perishable items, hazardous items, or prohibited items. PIPL is not liable for loss, theft, damage, misplacement, or delay in the baggage handling or return. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed participants residing in Kolkata are requested to choose their bib collection time slots on 17th &amp; 18th December, allowing time slots available on 19th December for outstation participants to collect their running number bib.&nbsp;</li><li>Personal bib collection: 25K, and Open 10K&nbsp; Participants in the&nbsp;25K, and Open 10K&nbsp;must collect their bibs in person at&nbsp;the Bib Collection Centre within the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Steel World 25K (TSW25K) 2026 Expo. Confirmed participants must carry the following documents to collect their bib:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>Application confirmation.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof.</li></ol></li><li>If you are confirmed in any race category and cannot collect your bib yourself because of unavoidable circumstances, you may send one representative. A representative may collect a bib for only&nbsp;one participant. The representative must carry the following documents:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>Application confirmation.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>Group bib collection: Ananda Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability participants:&nbsp;A group can send representative(s) to collect bibs for team members in these categories. Bibs for these categories will be handed over together. 25K and Open 10K participants must collect their own bibs at the Expo. Representatives must carry the following documents:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>A printed copy of the group confirmation email sent to the group point person.</li><li>A printed copy of the signed authorisation <a href="https://procamcalcuttacms.tinglabs.in/uploads/TMM_2027_Email_Draft_ec77360deb.docx?updated_at=2026-08-10T12:26:46.564Z">letter</a> on the NGO or company letterhead authorising the representative(s) to collect bibs on behalf of the group.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.</li></ol></li><li>No bib will be posted to any mailing address for any reason. No bib will be issued after the Expo closes at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, 19th December 2026.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>Entry Rejection and Refund Policy<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Entry fees are non-refundable once an entry is confirmed. However, 25K participants may use the bib surrender facility in case of illness, injury, or if the Tata Steel World 25K 2026 is rescheduled. Bib surrender will be available from&nbsp;15th Oct 2026 (1000 Hrs) to 30th Oct 2026 (1900 Hrs).&nbsp;by submitting the bib surrender request form. A processing fee of INR 200 will be deducted from the registration fee. The remaining amount will be refunded on or before 30th January 2027.</li><li>If your application is rejected, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 30th January 2027, after deduction of INR 200 as processing charges.</li><li>The INR 500 baggage facility charge will be refunded within 15 working days after race day.</li><li>Application fees will not be refunded for non-participation, failure to collect the bib from the Expo, late arrival at the venue or start area, failure to start within the prescribed time, or denial of participation on race day for medical, safety, or operational reasons.</li><li>Report any refund discrepancy to the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained after 25th January 2027.</li><li>If a registrant uses a corporate or group code without being the authorised recipient, PIPL may deny the entry or application. In that case, the registrant will not receive a bib and will not be allowed to participate on race day.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>Entry Deferment Policy<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>If TSW25K 2026 is cancelled, your entry will be carried forward in the same race category to the next edition of the Tata Steel World 25K. No additional entry fee will be charged. However, additional qualification criteria if set for the next edition, shall apply.</li><li>If participation in specific race categories must be reduced because of government-issued protocols, the last-in-first-out rule will apply.</li><li>Participants who do not receive final confirmation may defer their entry in the same race category to the next edition of the Tata Steel World 25K without paying an additional entry fee, additional qualification criteria if any set for the next edition shall apply. &nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>Other Important Points<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Notwithstanding anything mentioned herein, top-up donations or merchandise, where made at the time of applying for the event, will not be refunded under any circumstance of whatsoever nature.</li><li>The right to participate in the event, and any related rights or benefits, are granted at PIPL’s sole discretion and cannot be transferred to another person. Only the applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising from a confirmed entry.</li><li>A verification agency may verify the identity and content submitted at the time of registration of confirmed participants. You hereby give your consent to share your data with the said third-party agency. If any information or document is found to be incorrect at any stage, the participant may be withheld or disqualified, and no application fee will be refunded. Any benefits associated with participation in Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026 will be forfeited.</li><li>Race day images will be reviewed after the race. If a participant is found wearing a bib that was not assigned to them, the registered participant will be disqualified from the race and from the next edition of the event. Procam International also reserves the right to take legal action for impersonation against both the registered participant and the person who used the bib.</li><li>Any audio, video, or visual recording made by a participant at the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Steel World 25K (TSW25K) 2026 Expo or on race day may be used only for personal purposes and not for commercial use. The official photographer for TSW25K 2026 is One Glint. Individual runner photographs will be available for sale and download on the event website 48 hours after race day.</li><li>Participants in any race category must not carry out brand marketing or promotion for non-sponsor or non-partner brands at the event. Corporate and group registrations may use placards, banners, caps, and T-shirts to display their company, brand, or NGO name or message. Failure to follow this rule may lead to disqualification from the current and next edition of the race.</li></ol></li></ol>6. &nbsp; &nbsp;Event Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Tata Steel World 25K 2026 at any point in time without any notice.
