1) Delivery Timelines:
All Merchandise articles ordered from the registration portal will be dispatched within 2 weeks of successful order and within 2 to 4 working days you will receive your order. Merchandise ordered post 30th November to be collected from the T10 stall at the Mirchi Get Active Expo of Tata Steel World 25K 2024.
2) GST:
The merchandise price is inclusive of 5% GST on products below INR 999 and 12% GST on the products above INR 999.
3) Address Change:
Merchandise will be shipped and delivered to the address mentioned by you at the time of registration, incase of change of address, please send us your complete address along with the pincode and transaction ID at sales5@t10sports.com
4) Refund policy:
No refund will be accepted on cancellation of registration or delay in delivery or for any other reasons. Once ordered, no cancellation of merchandise will be accepted under any circumstances.
5) Shipping cost:
No shipping cost to be borne by the participant. Cost of the product is inclusive of shipping charges. You will get an intimation via SMS/email once the product/s are shipped.
6) Exactness of the Product:
The images of the items on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the items. Your items may vary slightly from those images. All sizes and measurements of items are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible. 6) Return & Exchange Policy:
You may return or exchange any products purchased on the below terms:
*Please request your return or exchange within 7 days of merchandise receipt with your order ID & Registration No.
*You must return the products, complete, unused, and with all tags intact.
* For size exchange, the customer has to courier the exchange packet, and after we receive the product will dispatch the new size.
