Waiver

I declare, confirm, and agree as follows on behalf of myself and/or my ward:

1. Have provided true and complete information in this application form, and I am solely responsible for the accuracy of this information on behalf of myself and/or my ward;
2. Have fully read and understood the Medical Advisory;
3. Have fully understood the risks and responsibilities of participating in the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026 or any Event outlined in this application (collectively, “the Event”), and I/my ward will participate entirely at my/my ward’s own risk and responsibility;
4. Understand that I/my ward shall participate only on the route designated by the Event Promoter;
5. Understand that I/my ward must be at, and must train to, an appropriate level of fitness to participate in such a physically demanding Event, and that I/my ward has obtained medical fitness confirmation from a registered medical practitioner allowing participation in the Event;
6. For myself and/or my ward, and our legal representatives, waive all claims of any nature against all Sponsors of the Event, Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026 Committee persons, officials of Procam International Private Limited, and all other persons and entities associated with the Event. This waiver includes the directors, employees, agents, and representatives of any of the aforementioned parties, including but not limited to any claims arising from my/my ward’s participation in the Event, whether due to illness, injury, death, or otherwise;
7. Shall provide to Event officials such medical data relating to me/my ward as they may request. I agree that nothing herein shall oblige the Event officials or organizers or any other person to incur any expense or to provide any treatment;
8. In case of any illness, injury, or death suffered by me/my ward due to any medical reason or medical condition during the Event or at any time thereafter as a result of the Event, regardless of whether such reason or condition was pre-existing or known to me, none of the sponsors of the Event, Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026 Committee persons, officials of Procam International Private Limited, or any associated persons or entities shall be held liable by me/my ward or my/my ward’s representatives. This applies regardless of whether I/my ward disclosed the existence of such reason or condition at any point in time;
9. In case of any illness, transmittable, communicable, or contagious disease, injury, or death suffered by me/my ward during the Event, or due to any force majeure event including but not limited to fire, riots or other civil disturbances, earthquakes, storms, typhoons, or any terrorist act, none of the sponsors of the Event, authorities, Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026 Committee persons, officials of Procam International Private Limited, or any associated persons or entities shall be held liable by me/my ward or my/my ward’s representatives;
10. Understand, agree and irrevocably permit Procam International to share the information given by me/my ward in this application, with all/any entities associated with the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026, at its own discretion;
11. I/my ward understand, agree, and permit Procam International to use my/my ward’s photograph/video, which may be photographed or recorded on race day and/or during various functions of the Event, for the purpose of promoting Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026, at its own discretion;
12. I/my ward do agree to receive information and offers of various brands/products/services as may be sent to me/my ward by the Event promoters (or a person duly authorized by the promoters) on the email address given by me/my ward in this application form;
13. I/my ward understand and agree that my/my ward’s data (i.e., name, email ID, address, and PAN number, if provided) shall be shared with Impact 360 in order to receive a donation receipt/acknowledgement for any donation made;
14. I/my ward understand and agree that I/my ward shall receive Event-related updates on the registered mobile number through WhatsApp;
15. I/my ward understand and agree to the Event rules and guidelines.
