Starts on Thursday, 13th August 2026, 7 AM IST.Ends&nbsp;on&nbsp;Friday, 27th November 2026, 11:59 PM IST or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier.The minimum age eligibility to apply for the Open 10K race category is 15 years (born on or before 19.12.2011)Important:<ol><li>Participation confirmation shall be subject to –</li></ol>a)&nbsp; Applicant fulfilling the minimum age eligibility – completed 15 years of age (born on or before 19.12.2011).b) The Open 10K <a href="https://tatasteelworld25k.procam.in/race-categories/open-10k/confirmation-criteria">confirmation criteria</a>&nbsp;c) <a href="https://tatasteelworld25k.procam.in/race-categories/open-10k/entry-rules-and-regulations">Entry rules and regulations</a>&nbsp;<ol><li>Applicants do not require a prior timing certificate to apply for an Open 10K. However,&nbsp;submitting a latest timing certificate during Open 10K registration secures a <a href="https://tatasteelworld25k.procam.in/race-categories/25k-run/start-waves">start wave</a>&nbsp;allocation on race day based on the timing performance. &nbsp;</li><li>Open 10K entries will be accepted under group registrations. However, to ensure that each bib number is accurately assigned and collected, all participants must collect their own bibs in person from the Expo. This is crucial to ensure that only the officially registered runner takes part on race day, helping prevent any risk of disqualification.&nbsp;</li><li>In order to collect the running number bib from the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Steel World 25K (TSW25K) 2026 Expo from Friday Thursday, 17th December to Saturday, 19th December 2026, participants will need to choose their bib collection time slots. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed participants residing in Kolkata are requested to choose their bib collection time slots on 17th &amp; 18th December, allowing time slots available on 19th December for outstation participants to collect their running number bib.&nbsp;</li><li>On race day, there will be a <a href="https://tatasteelworld25k.procam.in/race-categories/25k-run/start-waves">Start Wave</a>&nbsp;based on the timing certificate provided at the time of registration. No provision of changing the start wave at the expo will be entertained.&nbsp;</li><li>All finishers of the Open 10K race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (please collect your medal before leaving the venue; medals will not be posted to individual runners if they fail to collect on the race day). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of Open 10K finishers will be available for download from <a href="https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/">https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/</a> post 21 working days from race day. &nbsp;</li><li>No wheelchair/wheeled vehicle is allowed in the 25K, Open 10K, Ananda Run, and Senior Citizens’ Run race categories on race day.</li><li>Race Day tee is not offered to Open 10K participants. Finishers' tee is offered to the overall top 1000 Men and 1000 Women Open 10K finishers. (Will be given within 60 days from race day). The fastest finishers will receive a confirmation communication post 3 weeks of the event completion via email along with the process for getting the same. The Event Promoter and Asics (Event’s Sports Goods Partner) will try their best to accommodate the size selected by you. However, if unavailable, the next best available size tee will be offered. Any request for change of size of the Finishers Tee will not be entertained.&nbsp;</li><li>HOME RUN SQUAD – Your Family, Your Finish Line! Please note that baggage tags are available in limited numbers and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.&nbsp;</li></ol>Participants who have successfully opted for the baggage facility must collect the official baggage tag issued by Procam International Pvt. Ltd. (PIPL) at the Expo. The tag must be securely attached to the bag on race day, and the corresponding claim stub must be retained for baggage collection. Bags without a valid official baggage tag will not be accepted at the baggage deposit counters.A refundable security deposit of INR 500 per baggage tag will be charged at the time of opting for the service. The deposit will be refunded within 15 working days after race day.&nbsp;Participants are strongly advised not to deposit cash, jewellery, electronic devices, passports, valuables, fragile items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, or any prohibited articles in their baggage. Entry to the Open 10K race category will be confirmed based on the ‘confirmation criteria’ explained in detail below:&nbsp;I] Timed runner&nbsp; Applicants, please note-You must have participated in a distance running event that fulfils the following requirements:<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>The running event must have been conducted on or after 1st December 2024.</li><li>Timings of only marathon (42.195 km), 25 km, half-marathon (21.097 km), 10 km, and 5 km distances will be considered to qualify for the Open 10K race category. Applicants will get their confirmation within 10 working days of registration.4. Applicants can submit timing certificates of only those events wherein Race promoters/organizers need to follow the below-mentioned guidelines, for timing certificates of their races to be considered under the confirmation criteria. Where any of the guidelines are not followed by a promoter/organizer, or where there are many issues/complaints relating to timing, distance, or technical conduct of the race, Procam may, at its sole discretion, not accept the timing certificates of such running events. The decision of Procam in this regard will be final and binding.i. &nbsp;&nbsp;The running event must have been conducted on or after 1st December 2024ii. The course must be measured and certified by an AIMS / World Athletics accredited measurer (Grade A or Grade B) using the calibrated bicycle method (Jones Counter or equivalent), in accordance with the standards prescribed in the AIMS / World Athletics publication “The Measurement of Road Race Courses.”&nbsp; Only courses measured and certified under these standards will be considered valid.&nbsp; The AIMS / World Athletics International Course Measurement Certificate must be uploaded on the official event website and remain publicly accessible at all times.&nbsp;iii. All runners must be compulsorily timed using RFID technology.<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Timing tags must be securely affixed to the bib prior to distribution. Loose timing chips/tags must not be handed directly to runners.</li><li>In addition to timing mats at the Start and Finish gates, the following minimum split timing mats are mandatory:<ol style="list-style-type:upper-roman;"><li>Full Marathon (42.195 km) – Minimum 3 split-point mats</li><li>Half Marathon (21.097 km) – Minimum 2 split-point mats</li><li>25K (25 km) – Minimum 2 split-point mats</li><li>10 km &amp; 5 km– Minimum 1 split-point mat</li></ol></li></ol><ol><li>Provisional race results must be published within 12 hours of the official race close time. Final race results and downloadable timing certificates must be available online and verifiable. Split timings from the minimum required mats must be clearly visible. Certificates showing insufficient splits or missing split data will not be accepted.</li><li>The qualification timings mentioned above (point 2) will be considered only for confirmation eligibility of an applicant in the Open 10K race category. Timing results, rankings and certificates of the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026 will be generated only for runners who complete the 10K distance&nbsp;within 1 hour 30 minutes&nbsp;from their start time.</li><li>Please note that accepting timing certificates of an event for entry confirmation is at the sole discretion of the Event Promoter, Procam International.</li></ol>7.&nbsp;GUIDELINES FOR RACE PROMOTERS / ORGANISERS AND ADVISORY FOR RUNNERSIf any guideline is not followed, or if substantial issues/complaints arise regarding timing accuracy, course distance, operational conduct, technical management, or runner verification, Procam International reserves the right to reject timing certificates from such events. Procam’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.1. Event Date RequirementThe running event must have been conducted on or after 1st December 2024.2. No Claim as Official QualifierThe event must not state verbally, in writing, or by implication that it is an “official qualifier” for any Procam event, including but not limited to:<ul><li>TCS World 10K Bengaluru</li><li>Tata Mumbai Marathon</li><li>Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon</li><li>Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata</li></ul>This restriction applies across all communication platforms including:<ul><li>Website</li><li>Social media</li><li>Marketing material</li><li>Press releases</li><li>Email communication</li><li>Certificates</li></ul>Any misleading representation may lead to disqualification of timing certificates from that event.3. Course Measurement StandardsTo ensure distance accuracy, fairness, and integrity of qualifying&nbsp; performance, the following standards are mandatory:3.1 Measurement AuthorityThe course must be measured by:<ul><li>An AIMS / World Athletics accredited measurer (Grade A or Grade B)</li><li>Using the calibrated bicycle method (Jones Counter or equivalent)</li><li>Course measurement must strictly follow the standards prescribed in the AIMS / World Athletics publication “The Measurement of Road Race Courses.” The latest version of the document may be accessed via the official AIMS website. (<a href="https://aims-worldrunning.org/course-measurement.html">https://aims-worldrunning.org/course-measurement.html</a>)</li></ul>Only courses measured and certified under these standards will be considered valid.3.2 Race Day Course Compliance&nbsp;a)&nbsp;Deviation &amp; Re-Certification Clause&nbsp; &nbsp; If any deviation from the originally certified course is identified&nbsp; whether intentional or accidental , the modified course must be re-measured and re-certified by the accredited course measurer.Failure to obtain such re-certification shall result in:<ul><li>Timing certificates from that edition of the event are not considered for Procam races.</li></ul>b)&nbsp;Short Course Clause and not accepting timing for Procam events&nbsp; &nbsp; If the course is found to be short for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to:<ul><li>Incorrect course layout</li><li>Altered turning points</li><li>Barricading errors</li><li>Operational mismanagement</li><li>Measurement discrepancies</li></ul>Then:<ul><li>No timing certificate from any race category of that specific edition of the event will be considered for Procam races.</li></ul>Procam International’s determination in such matters shall be final and binding.3.3 Public DisclosureAn AIMS / World Athletics International Course Measurement Certificate must be:<ul><li>Uploaded on the official event website</li><li>Publicly accessible at all times</li></ul>The certificate must include:<ul><li>Race name and distance</li><li>Certificate number</li><li>Name and grade of the accredited measurer</li><li>Measurement date and validity period</li></ul>If the event does not have an official website or digital presence, the course measurement certificate must be emailed to: <a href="mailto:tsw25k@procam.in">tsw25k@procam.in</a> &nbsp;&nbsp;Failure to provide verifiable course measurement certificate may result in rejection of timing certificates.&nbsp;4. Timing System RequirementsAccurate and tamper-proof timing is mandatory.4.1 RFID Timing (Compulsory)<ul><li>All runners must be timed using RFID technology.</li><li>Timing tags must be securely affixed to the bib prior to distribution.</li><li>Loose timing chips must not be handed directly to runners.</li></ul>4.2 Minimum Split Timing MatsIn addition to timing mats at the&nbsp;Start and&nbsp;Finish gates, the following minimum split mats must be installed:<ul><li>Full Marathon (42.195 km) – Minimum 3 split-point mats</li><li>25 km – Minimum 2 split-point mats</li><li>Half Marathon(21.097 km) – Minimum 2 split-point mats</li><li>10 km &amp; 5 km – Minimum 1 split-point mat</li></ul>&nbsp;4.3 Results Timeline<ul><li>Provisional results must be published within 12 hours of the official race close time.</li><li>Final results and downloadable timing certificates must be made available online.</li><li>Split timings from the minimum required mats must be clearly visible.</li><li>Certificates showing insufficient splits or missing split data will not be accepted. &nbsp;</li></ul>5. Runner Verification &amp; Anti-Cheat MechanismsTo maintain race integrity, organisers must implement robust verification and anti-cheat measures.5.1 Runner Identity VerificationAdequate mechanisms must be in place to confirm that:<ul><li>The individual who registered is the same individual who ran the race.</li></ul>Examples include:<ul><li>Bib-photo matching</li><li>ID verification at bib collection</li><li>Controlled bib distribution process</li></ul>5.2 Anti-Cheat InfrastructureThe event must ensure:<ul><li>Functional timing mats at required split points</li><li>Operational cameras at key junctions (with footage available for verification if required)</li><li>On-ground officials stationed at crucial course points</li></ul>If a substantial number of finishers show missing split data or irregular timing patterns, Procam reserves the right to not accept certificates from that event.6. Operational Integrity on Race DayEven if all pre-event guidelines are met, race-day execution must ensure full operational integrity.If any operational issues occur on race day — including but not limited to:<ul><li>Shorter course distance</li><li>Incorrect route deviation</li><li>Missing or malfunctioning timing mats</li><li>Unauthorised course alterations</li><li>Technical failures impacting timing accuracy &nbsp;</li></ul>and such issues are formally highlighted, verified, and proven to have materially impacted timing results, Procam International, will&nbsp;not accept timing certificates from that event for qualification purposes, even if the organiser has otherwise complied with the defined guidelines.We encourage each race to appoint a designated team member as an&nbsp;Observer, who will be responsible for ensuring adherence to race measurement standards and guidelines, on Race Day .Procam’s decision in such cases shall be final .7. Acceptable Event CategoriesEligible qualifying performances must be from on-ground distance:<ul><li>5 km</li><li>10 km</li><li>Half Marathon</li><li>25 km</li><li>Marathon</li></ul>The following are&nbsp;not accepted:<ul><li>Virtual events</li><li>Trail runs</li><li>Uncertified races</li></ul>Timing certificates must reflect&nbsp;net (chip) time from the certified course.Each Procam event may prescribe distinct qualifying distance requirements. Organisers and runners are advised to refer to the official confirmation criteria of TSW25K 2026 before relying on a timing certificate for qualification purposes.II] Women’s CriteriaTo encourage women's participation, there are a limited number of running places reserved for women applicants. Registration in this criterion will be on a first-come, first-served basis and no prior timing certificate is required to apply in this criteria.&nbsp;III]&nbsp;General CriteriaWhere your application cannot be confirmed in or does not fall under either of the above two criteria for reasons whatsoever, with the exclusion of the application being rejected or is an invalid one, your application will be under the general category where limited applications are accepted. Applications under general category will be accepted on first come first served basis and the event promoter will stop accepting applications as and when the limited running spaces kept aside for "General Category" are filled.IV] Overseas Runner Criteria&nbsp;Limited number of running places reserved for overseas runners to encourage participation from across the world. Registration in this criterion will be on a first-come, first-served basis and no prior timing certificate is required to apply in this criteria.V] Good For Youth Criteria&nbsp;To encourage participation among young runners aged 15 to 21 years as on 19.12.2026, a limited number of running places are reserved under the&nbsp;“Good For Youth Criteria” within the Open 10K category. Registration in this criterion will be on a first-come, first-served basis and no prior timing certificate is required to apply in this criteria.VI] Good for Silver (65+) Age criteria&nbsp;To encourage participants aged 65 years and above as on 19.12.2026, a limited number of running places are reserved under&nbsp;“Good for Silver Age Criteria” within the Open 10K. Registration in this criterion will be on a first-come, first-served basis and no prior timing certificate is required to apply in this criteria.&nbsp;VII] Guaranteed Running Places – SportyTrip Concierge Packages<ol><li>A limited number of Guaranteed Running Places in the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata– Open 10K race category are available exclusively to runners booking the official SportyTrip Concierge Package, subject to package availability, applicable event rules &amp; regulations, and availability of running places.</li><li>Runners interested in availing the Concierge Package may visit SportyTrip to complete their booking. Upon successful package confirmation, the registrant will receive a unique registration code on their email id enabling them to register and pay for the Open 10K race category .</li><li>Please note that possession of a Concierge Package alone does not constitute race registration. All runners are mandatorily required to complete the official race application process using the provided registration code, within the applicable registration timelines.</li></ol>Note: A prior timing certificate is not mandatory to apply in this race category; however, if you wish to submit the prior timing certificate for a better Start Wave, follow the “Timed runner Criteria”.&nbsp;VIII] &nbsp;Charity Running Places:NGOs registered with the event's philanthropy partner, Impact360, have been allotted limited charity running places, which can be availed by applicants directly through the participating NGOs. To be considered for a better start wave allocation, runners may submit an updated timing certificate via email until 20th November 2026.&nbsp;</li></ul>Applicants who had applied for and got confirmed in the Open 10K race category will get an allotted start wave for race day start (20th December 2026) based on the finish timings mentioned on respective timing certificates submitted at the time of application.

Confirmation Criteria

GUIDELINES FOR RACE PROMOTERS / ORGANISERS AND ADVISORY FOR RUNNERSAs pioneers in promoting distance running events in India, Procam International remains committed to safeguarding the integrity, fairness, and credibility of the sport. Events such as the Tata Mumbai Marathon, TCS World 10K Bengaluru, Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, and Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata have set benchmarks for excellence in race organisation.With the objective of ensuring that qualifying timing certificates submitted for Procam races are authentic, accurate, and achieved under properly regulated race conditions, Procam has defined the following guidelines for race promoters/organisers across India and as an advisory for runners.These guidelines aim to:<ul><li>Prevent fraudulent practices and timing manipulation.</li><li>Protect genuine runners from disappointment due to non-compliant events.</li><li>Standardise race organisation practices across India.</li><li>Support smaller races through structured guidance and transition time</li></ul>Race organisers are given time until 31st March 2027 to fully comply with these requirements. Operational Integrity on Race DayEven if all pre-event guidelines are met, race-day execution must ensure full operational integrity.If any operational issues occur on race day — including but not limited to:<ul><li>Shorter course distance</li><li>Incorrect route deviation</li><li>Missing or malfunctioning timing mats</li><li>Unauthorised course alterations</li><li>Technical failures impacting timing accuracy</li></ul>and such issues are formally highlighted, verified, and proven to have materially impacted timing results, Procam International, will not accept timing certificates from that event for qualification purposes, even if the organiser has otherwise complied with the defined guidelines.We encourage each race to appoint a designated team member as an Observer, who will be responsible for ensuring adherence to race measurement standards and guidelines, on Race Day .Procam’s decision in such cases shall be final .7. After purchasing the package, participants will receive a unique registration code that allows them to apply for an eligible race category.&nbsp; To be considered for race entry, participants must complete the official event registration process, pay the applicable race registration fee, and satisfy all confirmation and eligibility requirements, including the submission of a valid timing certificate where applicable.&nbsp; Buying a SportyTrip Concierge Package, receiving a registration code, or completing registration does not guarantee race entry. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmed participants residing in Kolkata are requested to choose their bib collection time slots on 17th &amp; 18th December, allowing time slots available on 19th December for outstation participants to collect their running number bib.&nbsp;</li><li>Personal bib collection: 25K, and Open 10K&nbsp; Participants in the&nbsp;25K, and Open 10K&nbsp;must collect their bibs in person at&nbsp;the Bib Collection Centre within the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Steel World 25K (TSW25K) 2026 Expo. Confirmed participants must carry the following documents to collect their bib:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>Application confirmation.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof.</li></ol></li><li>If you are confirmed in any race category and cannot collect your bib yourself because of unavoidable circumstances, you may send one representative. A representative may collect a bib for only&nbsp;one participant. The representative must carry the following documents:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>Application confirmation.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>Group bib collection: Ananda Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability participants:&nbsp;A group can send representative(s) to collect bibs for team members in these categories. Bibs for these categories will be handed over together. 25K and Open 10K participants must collect their own bibs at the Expo. Representatives must carry the following documents:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-roman;"><li>A printed copy of the group confirmation email sent to the group point person.</li><li>A printed copy of the signed authorisation <a href="https://procamcalcuttacms.tinglabs.in/uploads/TMM_2027_Email_Draft_ec77360deb.docx?updated_at=2026-08-10T12:26:46.564Z">letter</a> on the NGO or company letterhead authorising the representative(s) to collect bibs on behalf of the group.</li><li>Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.</li></ol></li><li>No bib will be posted to any mailing address for any reason. No bib will be issued after the Expo closes at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, 19th December 2026.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>Entry Rejection and Refund Policy<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Entry fees are non-refundable once an entry is confirmed. However, 25K participants may use the bib surrender facility in case of illness, injury, or if the Tata Steel World 25K 2026 is rescheduled. Bib surrender will be available from&nbsp;15th Oct 2026 (1000 Hrs) to 30th Oct 2026 (1900 Hrs).&nbsp;by submitting the bib surrender request form. A processing fee of INR 200 will be deducted from the registration fee. The remaining amount will be refunded on or before 30th January 2027.</li><li>If your application is rejected, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 30th January 2027, after deduction of INR 200 as processing charges.</li><li>The INR 500 baggage facility charge will be refunded within 15 working days after race day.</li><li>Application fees will not be refunded for non-participation, failure to collect the bib from the Expo, late arrival at the venue or start area, failure to start within the prescribed time, or denial of participation on race day for medical, safety, or operational reasons.</li><li>Report any refund discrepancy to the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained after 25th January 2027.</li><li>If a registrant uses a corporate or group code without being the authorised recipient, PIPL may deny the entry or application. In that case, the registrant will not receive a bib and will not be allowed to participate on race day.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>Entry Deferment Policy<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>If TSW25K 2026 is cancelled, your entry will be carried forward in the same race category to the next edition of the Tata Steel World 25K. No additional entry fee will be charged. However, additional qualification criteria if set for the next edition, shall apply.</li><li>If participation in specific race categories must be reduced because of government-issued protocols, the last-in-first-out rule will apply.</li><li>Participants who do not receive final confirmation may defer their entry in the same race category to the next edition of the Tata Steel World 25K without paying an additional entry fee, additional qualification criteria if any set for the next edition shall apply. &nbsp;</li></ol></li><li>Other Important Points<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Notwithstanding anything mentioned herein, top-up donations or merchandise, where made at the time of applying for the event, will not be refunded under any circumstance of whatsoever nature.</li><li>The right to participate in the event, and any related rights or benefits, are granted at PIPL’s sole discretion and cannot be transferred to another person. Only the applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising from a confirmed entry.</li><li>A verification agency may verify the identity and content submitted at the time of registration of confirmed participants. You hereby give your consent to share your data with the said third-party agency. If any information or document is found to be incorrect at any stage, the participant may be withheld or disqualified, and no application fee will be refunded. Any benefits associated with participation in Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026 will be forfeited.</li><li>Race day images will be reviewed after the race. If a participant is found wearing a bib that was not assigned to them, the registered participant will be disqualified from the race and from the next edition of the event. Procam International also reserves the right to take legal action for impersonation against both the registered participant and the person who used the bib.</li><li>Any audio, video, or visual recording made by a participant at the PLAYSCAPE – Tata Steel World 25K (TSW25K) 2026 Expo or on race day may be used only for personal purposes and not for commercial use. The official photographer for TSW25K 2026 is One Glint. Individual runner photographs will be available for sale and download on the event website 48 hours after race day.</li><li>Participants in any race category must not carry out brand marketing or promotion for non-sponsor or non-partner brands at the event. Corporate and group registrations may use placards, banners, caps, and T-shirts to display their company, brand, or NGO name or message. Failure to follow this rule may lead to disqualification from the current and next edition of the race.</li></ol></li></ol>6. &nbsp; &nbsp;Event Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Tata Steel World 25K 2026 at any point in time without any notice.

<ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Race results announced on race day will be ‘provisional’. Final results and entitlement to prize money shall be subject to the rules mentioned herein and the Race Regulations.</li><li>Only those Open 10K runners, who finish within 90 minutes from the start time and who fall within the finish positions as indicated in the Prize Money Structure, will be entitled to prize money in their respective categories.</li><li>Finish positions of the Open 10K age groups, as mentioned below, for prize money entitlement shall be based on respective net finish times only.</li></ol><figure class="table"><table><tbody><tr><td>Age group: 15 yrs. to 24 yrs.</td><td>Age group: 25 yrs. to 34 yrs.</td></tr><tr><td>Age group: 35 yrs. to 44 yrs.</td><td>Age group: 45 yrs. to 54 yrs.</td></tr><tr><td>Age group: 55 yrs. to 64 yrs.</td><td>Age group: 65 yrs. and above</td></tr></tbody></table></figure><ol style="list-style-type:decimal;"><li>Open 10K runners must start their race at the assigned time of Open 10K Run start. Where such runners start their race at any other time, they forego their timings, rankings and prize money entitlement under the respective age categories.</li><li>Runners must cross the start line within 20 minutes of official start time of the Open 10K race category, to be eligible for timings, rankings and thereby prize money (where applicable).</li><li>In addition to the above, entitlement to finish positions and Prize Money winnings are also subject to–<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Bib tag timing captured across all timing points on the course, including at the start and finish mats, and&nbsp;</li><li>Photographic and/or anti-cheat cameras verification.</li></ol></li><li>Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and/or bib tag with others, will be disqualified from the competition. Such runners shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money (where applicable).</li><li>Prize winners declared may be required to submit further proof of identity/age, as may be required by the Promoter, for disbursement of prize money, failing which the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, withhold disbursement or disqualify the said participant from competition.</li><li>Open 10K winners from overseas will receive prize money equivalent in U S Dollars calculated at the applicable exchange rate as on date of disbursement.</li><li>Protests and Appeals:<ol style="list-style-type:lower-latin;"><li>Any confirmed Open 10K runner of the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026 can lodge a protest in relation to the official race results in relation to the age category finish positions declared after the race.</li><li>Your Protest must be emailed to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:tsw25k@procam.in">tsw25k@procam.in</a>&nbsp;</li><li>Only the protest letters received on or before Thursday, 24th December 2026, will be entertained.</li><li>A jury shall deliberate, verify and deliver its decision on the Protest within 14 working days of receiving the Protest Letter. The decision will be intimated to the person lodging the protest and shall reflect on the event website, where favourable.&nbsp;</li><li>Decision of the Event Promoter shall be final and binding on all.</li></ol></li></ol>11&nbsp; Timing results: Where the timing result of an Open 10K runner with respect to his/her gender and/or age, is required to be updated online, the runner needs to write, no later than 24/12/2026, at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@sportstimingsolutions.in">info@sportstimingsolutions.in</a>, specifying the nature of edit required and attaching the relevant proof of change. Requests received after 24/12/2026 will not be entertained.
