Mirchi Get Active Expo 2024
Mirchi Get Active Expo venue for bib collection: Netaji Indoor Stadium, H88R+FJ9 Kolkata Police Safe House, Eden Gardens, Strand Rd, Maidan, B.B.D. Bagh, Kolkata, West Bengal 700021 (Entrance from Opp. High Court Sesqui Centenary Building)
Bib collection date and time - Friday, 13th Dec from 10:30 am to 7 pm and Saturday, 14th Dec from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Running number bibs must be collected by all individual participants from the Mirchi Get Active Expo 2024 from 13th December to 14th December 2024 (2 days). Individuals participants to book their bib-pick up date and time slot from here. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Documents to carry at the Mirchi Get Active Expo 2024 for bib collection:
a. It is mandatory for all individual participants to collect their running numbers personally from the Bib Collection Center within the Mirchi Get Active 2024 expo. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents (soft copy accepted) in order to collect his/her running bib:
(i) The application confirmation (sent via email or whatsapp or can be accessed from your profile).
(ii) Govt. approved photo ID proof.
b. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a participant can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. The representative must carry along following documents for running bib collection:
(i) The application confirmation (sent via email or whatsapp or can be accessed from your profile).
(ii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the participant. (soft copy accepted)
(iii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
c. Group collection of bibs:
The point of contact (PoC) of the GROUP needs to bring the copy of this confirmation mail (soft copy will also be accepted) and carry his/her photo ID proof.
A group point of contact (PoC) can send a representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group participating in different race categories will be handed over at one go. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for the collection of number bibs:
(i) Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point of contact (PoC)
(ii) Printed copy of signed letter on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group.
(iii) Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
Important: No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Mirchi Get Active expo 2024 – by 5 p.m. on Saturday, 14th December 2024 or on the race day.
