Information

Important:

1. The 25K race category is a compulsory timed category. Registration requires a valid prior timing certificate, except for a limited number of spots reserved for Women and Charity running places, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Minimum age eligibility to apply for 25K race category is 18 years and above (born on or before 14.12.2006)
3. Participation confirmation shall be subject to –

• Applicant fulfilling the minimum age eligibility – completed 18 years of age on or before 14.12.2006).
• The 25K confirmation criteria 
• Entry rules and regulations

4. In order to collect running number bibs from the Mirchi Get Active Expo (Friday, 13th December to Saturday, 14th December 2024), participants will need to choose their bib collection time slots. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 

•  Confirmed participants residing in Kolkata are requested to choose their bib collection time slots on 13th, allowing time slots available on 14th December for outstation participants to collect their running number bibs. 

5. On race day, participants will be lined up at the start line based on the timing certificate provided at the time of registration. 
6. Confirmed 25K participants will receive a T10 sports race day tee at the Bib Collection Centre within the Mirchi Get Active Expo. The Event Promoter and T10 (Event’s Sports Goods Partner) will try their best to accommodate the size selected by you. However, if unavailable, the next best available size tee will be offered. Any request for a change of size/color of the Race Day Tee will not be entertained.
7. All finishers of the 25K race category will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of 25K finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 21 working days from race day. 
8. The "Years participated" on the 25K running bib is exclusively assigned to runners who have successfully completed the "25K" race category in at least one edition of the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata, in addition to the 2024 edition applied for.  Printed on the bib (e.g. 1 & running), the "Years participated" serves to recognize one's long standing association with the event and their commitment to it. The number of years is determined by combining the participant's first name, last name, and the date of birth. If a participant identifies an error in the "Years participated" specified in their application confirmation email, we kindly request them to contact us at tsw25k@procam.in, no later than 22nd November 2024. The email must include the participant’s bib numbers for all editions of the event where he/she has completed the ‘25K’ race category over the years. It is important to note that participants must have used the same first name, last name, and date of birth to ensure accurate "Years participated" is identified and allocated.
9. Please note no wheelchair/wheeled vehicle is allowed in the 25K, Open 10K, Ananda Run, and Senior Citizens’ Run race categories on race day.
