Introducing Alina Goperma, an assistant professor hailing from the picturesque hills of Darjeeling, who has dedicated her career to academics while nurturing a profound passion for the great outdoors. Over the years, Alina has embarked on high-altitude treks, conquering renowned peaks and Base Camps such as Everest, Kanchenjunga, Manaslu and Makalu, etc. Recently, she connected with a vibrant group called the North Kolkata Runners, which has ignited her interest in running. With plans to compete in some of the most challenging runs in the coming years, Alina is excited to blend her love for nature and outdoor adventures with this new athletic pursuit.
